Objectives:
Meet sales quotas as specified in business plan or determined by Division President or Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:

1. Make initial contact with prospects through referrals, demonstrated interest, or model home visits. 2. Conduct sales presentation for prospective customers. Follow up with phone calls and e-mails. Prepare home purchase agreements. 3. Follow up with clients during home construction to make sure their expectations are met. 4. Track loans with mortgage companies and troubleshoot problems. Keep customers informed about loan status. 5. Maintain knowledge of community demographics and amenities: schools, local businesses, employers, parks, recreation facilities. 6. Focus on delivering the "Best" Home buying experience in the business! Looking for motivated, self-disciplined, aggressive, and organized sales professionals, who enjoy interacting and helping people solve their housing needs. Sales position is a full time, 100% commissioned position. Sales experience is a must, however, experience in the housing industry is not a must. Secondary education, to include an associates degree and/or a Bachelors degree, is preferred.

Objectives:
Oversee all aspects of community operation.
Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Builder – Superintendent are to supervise, coordinate and manage all residential home construction in the community assigned. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Schedule and supervise daily trade partner activities in accordance with BuildPro job schedules. • Plan and schedule all construction activities on homes from start to finish in assigned community. • Inspect and ensure that work is in compliance with City/County/State requirements and building codes. • Walks houses and coordinates punch list completion in a timely manner. • Follows up on change orders and other matters to complete the job correctly and on time. • Review and approve start packages prior to beginning construction of homes. • Maintain homes under construction in addition to the community itself in a condition presentable to our customers and within the acceptable standards of the company. • Participates in pre-construction start, pre-drywall orientation, and homebuyer orientation meetings. • Coordinate completion of assigned warranty items in a timely manner. Education and Experience Requirements: • High school diploma • College degree preferred • Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a construction related field • Experience with the home building process and practices • Knowledge of building codes, understanding of critical path scheduling methods and safety • Working knowledge of new technology. Computer skills as required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Honest, self-motivated, hard-working, positive attitude and follow through

Process new starts and obtain permits in required timeframe, maintain accurate estimates and costs in JDE for base plans and options.
Responsibilities:

Objectives:
The Main objective of the Sales Manager position is to assist the Laredo division in meeting sales and closing goals.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Recruit, select and train professional sales consultants. Monitor sales activity by reviewing and compiling sales reports and analyzing traffic and conversion rates. Ensure proper staffing of model homes. Assist and monitor sales team members on the day to day activities to include, prospecting, follow up, and setting of appointments. Help develop new strategies to increase net sales. Perform market studies for current and new communities. Produce weekly, monthly and Quarterly sales reports. Must possess a dedicated work ethic, positive outlook, a willingness to learn and have an excellent understanding of the sales process. Qualifications: Must have sales management experience. A Bachelors degree is preferred.
