Builder - Austin

Reports to: Vice President of Construction

Objectives: Build homes by managing subcontractors and suppliers in a timely fashion. Work in cooperative way with customers.

  • Manage people (recruit, train, motivate, schedule):
    • Assistants and laborer
  • Anticipate, prevent, and solve problems (proactive vs. reactive).
  • Maintain quality and scheduling control (to company standards).
  • Administer invoices, work orders, schedules, and accurate VPOs.
  • Maintain customer contact.
  • Maintain a service schedule that includes correction of defective work up to 90 days after closing.
